Painter, portrait artist and sculptor

"I am driven by my fascination for the human figure. Its very nature necessitates ever-changing circumstances, and inexhaustible possibilities, and it is this which provides the impetus throughout my work.

"The emphasis in my early training was largely on the importance good draughtsmanship, which not only provides a solid foundation on which to build but also seems, conversely, to have heightened my awareness of and joy in colour."

Rosanna lives in Somerset with her husband, Manolo and two children, Olivia and Georgia. She works in her studio in the garden while her children are at school.
